1. Introduction

Welcome to ybaji. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of the ybaji website and all related services, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform. ybaji operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh.

These T&C apply to all users of the ybaji platform, whether accessing via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other supported device. • 3You must register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.
• 4You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false information is grounds for account closure.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access ybaji's paid services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number or email address. ybaji accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to use your account.

KYC Verification

ybaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

• 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ybaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. ybaji does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ybaji reserves the right to update deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ybaji aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24-72 hours; actual processing times depend on the payment provider. Withdrawals may only be made from funds that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirement. ybaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ybaji offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is issued.

• 1All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where not explicitly stated, a default rollover of 10x the bonus amount applies.
• 2Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are tracked independently from real-money funds. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they must first meet the wagering requirement.
• 3Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — including via new accounts — will result in disqualification of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• 4ybaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in response to identified abuse. Players who are found to be exploiting promotions in bad faith will have their bonus balances voided.
• 5Bonus promotions are not available to players who have applied self-exclusion or have active responsible gaming limits in place that restrict their activity. ybaji will not actively market bonuses to such players.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game wagers placed on ybaji are final once confirmed. ybaji does not accept responsibility for technical errors on the player's side — including network interruptions, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities — that result in a game being interrupted or a bet not being recorded as intended. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on ybaji are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international football. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or having its result voided by the relevant governing body, ybaji reserves the right to void all associated bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. Live in-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended. ybaji does not guarantee the continuous availability of any betting market.

Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games and slots available on ybaji use certified RNG technology or live dealer infrastructure provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game results are determined by the game provider's system and are not influenced by ybaji. RTP percentages for all games are set by the respective game provider and are publicly available in each game's information panel. ybaji does not modify RTP settings.

8. Responsible Gaming

ybaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered player through their account settings.

• 1Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• 2Session Reminders: You may set a session time reminder that notifies you when you have been actively playing for a chosen period. This reminder is informational and does not automatically end your session.
• 3Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ybaji platform. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and any balance forfeited. ybaji reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

• 1Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• 2Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• 3Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the ybaji platform in a non-human manner, including automated betting systems or data scrapers.
• 4Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including match-fixing in sports betting markets or coordinating strategies in live casino games in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• 5Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions, suspensions, or self-exclusion periods.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ybaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has breached these Terms and Conditions; the player is suspected of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; the player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or the player's account shows evidence of being operated by a minor. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these T&C, ybaji reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and forfeit any balance derived from prohibited activity.

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any unsatisfied wagering requirements attached to bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ybaji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes; losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues; losses arising from reliance on any information displayed on the platform; or losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

ybaji makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. ybaji will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance where practical, but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

ybaji collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players during registration and subsequent use of the platform. This data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. ybaji does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Amendments to These Terms

ybaji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ybaji will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The updated T&C will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the ybaji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
